Responsibilities
Coastal Harbor Health System is comprised of a 145-bed hospital for children and adolescents, providing both short- and long-term inpatient care, and a 50-bed inpatient hospital serving men and women, ages 18 and up. Provide professional guidance and training that involves the assessment and diagnosis of children and adolescents. Consistently monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program services offered. Monitor for program compliance with state and federal accreditation bodies. May rotate among UHS facilities on a periodic basis in order to enhance exposure to a variety of services, programs, and management styles.

Education and or Experience: LPC/LCSW/LMFT (REQUIRED) Knowledge Requirements: Theoretical knowledge of program practice and principles. Knowledge of client population and the means and measures to respond to those needs. Fundamental knowledge and demonstrated use of basic management skills and leadership principles. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: licensure applicable to field of study. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
