We are known for developing and supporting partners who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.     At the Distribution Center, we keep a vast array of Starbucks products flowing from suppliers to customers across the globe. This important work happens in an environment that values safety, teamwork, diversity & inclusion, and shared success.     As a coordinator, you will:     Coordinate routine projects that support department or functional initiatives Proofread functionally specific materials for accuracy including copy, grammar and layout Prepare charts, tables, graphs and other presentation materials to support functional work Support the implementation of processes to improve workflow, organization and communication Provide calendar support to one or more leaders and/or a team Provide support for meetings, training, seminars and activities for department Serves as a point of contact for departmental inquiries and responds or escalates as appropriate Assist with on boarding of new partners Perform administrative tasks or projects such as tracking budgets, invoice coding, tracking travel expenses, generating reports and identifying variances, updating databases, etc Manage large mailings or distribution of materials Schedule or coordinate business travel as needed Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Sort and distribute mail Order and replenish department/team supplies Monitor Good-to-Partner or Pallet Build dwell times using SmartMoves and the Starbucks WebApp, identifying delays, investigating missing product, and communicating issues to appropriate teams Review product flow within Good-to-Partner or Pallet Build, including checking logs, verifying last‑scan locations, and coordinating with area leads when items are missing or delayed Update the Hour Tracker by collecting production data from AdHawk, recording picks and DIDs completed Pull operational reports to gather accurate performance and wave‑status data for tracking and reporting purposes Complete the End‑of‑Shift/Start‑of‑Shift (EOS/SOS) report, including updating remaining picks, validating unreleased waves, and communicating results to leads or supervisors Verify pre-pick status, wave status, total picks remaining, and automation picks remaining to support smooth handoff across shifts Serve as a communication hub between operational areas by reporting product issues, delays, and tracking insights via Teams and established communication channels Maintain regular and punctual attendance  We’d love to hear from people with:   High school diploma/GED, US military service or equivalent Ability to perform administrative assistant or coordinator job functions (1 year) Ability to provide general administrative support to others (6 months) Availability to work fixed hours in an office environment Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross functional projects and activities Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment Ability to make recommendations on changes in approach, concepts and the design of solutions as a team member Ability to build relationships Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Ability to deliver excellent customer service Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Attention to detail As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
