Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and implementation of HR technology solutions that support business goals and improve employee experience.
Work with HR and IT stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
Support the development of architecture frameworks for HR systems such as talent management, learning, and workforce planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of HR platforms with enterprise systems, maintaining data consistency and compliance.
Assist in evaluating and selecting HR tools and technologies based on business needs and technical feasibility.
Provide technical input during solution development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements to enhance usability, efficiency, and data quality.
Ensure HR solutions adhere to data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Stay informed on HR technology trends and contribute insights to improve solution design and delivery.
