Manager, Inbound Logistics Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization Support the Sr. Manager, Inbound Logistics in translating the regional inbound strategy into disciplined execution across LT2 Origin Planning and LT3 Destination Planning & Visibility. This role is responsible for strengthening inbound availability, execution flexibility, visibility, and accountability while helping build a high-performing, results-driven culture across LAM markets. This position is ideal for an execution-focused people leader who combines adaptability, analytical thinking, and a transformation mindset. The successful candidate may come from supply chain, consulting, transformation, or other relevant business functions. Logistics experience is preferred; however, the ability to learn quickly, translate strategy into practical execution, lead teams, and drive adoption of improved ways of working is critical. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence
Support the Sr. Manager in translating regional inbound strategy into clear priorities, execution routines, governance forums, and measurable outcomes. Lead LT2 Origin Planning and LT3 Destination Planning & Visibility routines to protect inbound availability, service commitments, and market readiness. Translate market priorities, business risks, volume forecasts, and operational constraints into actionable plans with clear ownership, timelines, escalation paths, and follow-up discipline. Enhance execution flexibility by aligning inbound solutions with commercial priorities, market requirements, service expectations, and evolving business needs. Monitor performance, risks, exceptions, and improvement opportunities, ensuring key issues are visible, prioritized, and addressed through established governance routines.
People Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Lead and coach a team of Sr. Specialists across Origin and Destination Planning, providing clarity on priorities, responsibilities, decision rights, and expected outcomes. Foster ownership and accountability through effective delegation, structured follow-up, continuous coaching, and performance management practices. Build a results-oriented culture grounded in collaboration, trust, adaptability, accountability, learning, and continuous improvement. Develop team capabilities in business execution, analytics, stakeholder management, digital adoption, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure alignment between day-to-day execution, the Inbound Hub strategy, regional priorities, and targeted business outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Digital Enablement
Drive adoption and effective utilization of Lakehouse, Databricks, Power BI, dashboards, and other digital solutions to improve visibility, decision-making, and execution discipline. Challenge fragmented, manual, or inconsistent processes by promoting simplification, standardization, scalable improvements, and stronger governance. Translate operational and business pain points into enhancement opportunities, automation initiatives, reporting improvements, and scalable use cases. Support data reliability, reporting accuracy, and risk visibility across critical systems, dashboards, and cross-functional decision forums. Leverage analytics to identify trends, understand performance drivers, anticipate risks, and support fact-based decision-making with markets and senior stakeholders.
