Principal TPM, AWS Field Experiences

Key job responsibilities - Define and deliver large-scale programs with broad cross-organizational and cross-business impact, driving clarity in areas where business or architectural strategy has not yet been established. - Decompose complex technical problems into straightforward solutions, assess risk, and drive alignment among stakeholders by representing trade-offs and options clearly to senior leadership. - Own technology roadmaps for broader sets of systems, identifying gaps and opportunities across architectures and organizations to minimize redundant engineering effort and drive efficiency improvements. - Drive business and system-level reviews, proactively aligning teams toward coherent technology strategies while creating and optimizing mechanisms necessary for long-term program success. - Amplify impact by mentoring the technical program management community, sharing best practices, and partnering with engineering leaders to guide career growth and raise the bar on program delivery.
