Citrix Senior Consultant Contract: Full Time Locations: Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill, North Carolina, USA Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA District Of Columbia, USA Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta, Georgia, USA New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island, New York, USA Description: Direct hire immediate opening opportunity with one of our clients for an experienced Citrix Senior Consultant. We are looking for a motivated, seasoned consultant with a passion for learning new technologies and how to effectively apply them to solve business challenges for our enterprise-class customers. These projects require the ability to work effective both independently and as part of a team of veteran consultants and subject matter experts. The ideal candidate will reside in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region (Raleigh/Durham or Washington D.C. areas). Alternately, we will also, consider strong candidates in the Charlotte, NYC tri-state, or Atlanta areas. This position will required deep technical expertise, proven experience, and certifications in the following areas: One or more of the following Citrix Certifications: CCEE, CCIA Enterprise (>1000 Seats, multi-site) deployments of Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, etc) Windows Server 2008 R2 (Security Concepts, Core Services) Active Directory Public Key Infrastructure and Microsoft Certificate Services Ability to create high-availability technology architectures and effectively articulate the reasoning behind architecture design decisions. Preference will be given to candidates with: NetScalar appliances and products (Load Balancing, Application Firewall, etc.) Microsoft Remote Desktop Services Server Virtualization T Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ideally with a trainer, consultant, or project management background) Excellent documentation skills Project Leadership (the ability to lead a project from start to finish) The ability to estimate project task work efforts and anticipate potential risks roadblocks to completion.
