ABOUT THE TEAM : COMPLIANCE TECHNOLGY TEAM The Technology Risk & Controls Manager supports the Compliance Technology team in strengthening the risk and control environment across technology platforms, remediation initiatives, and regulatory-driven delivery. This role manages issue tracking, control documentation, evidence collection, reporting, and coordination across technology, compliance, risk, audit, finance, and product stakeholders. The role is responsible for executing well-defined activities that support audit readiness, regulatory remediation, technical currency, and governance routines. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, professional communication, and a strong understanding of technology risk, controls, software delivery, and financial services compliance expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES Risk & Control Support Manage the maintenance of technology risk and control documentation aligned to TD enterprise risk standards, compliance obligations, and internal governance expectations. Manage control inventory updates, control mapping, evidence collection, testing support, and issue management activities across Compliance Technology platforms. Document control procedures, process flows, risks, dependencies, and supporting artifacts to promote consistency and audit readiness. Track control health indicators, open actions, and remediation status, escalating gaps or delays to management as appropriate. Partner with Program and Technical Leads to enable the embedding of controls into SDLC, operational routines, and recurring governance processes. Audit & Regulatory Remediation Support Manage audit, regulatory, and risk remediation activities, including issue intake, action plan tracking, milestone updates, and validation preparation. Coordinate with technology teams, Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to gather information, validate evidence, and support timely responses.
