Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inspector – Fire, Life, Safety to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of buildings and facilities to ensure compliance with fire safety codes, life safety regulations, and organizational standards. You will play a critical role in protecting lives and property by identifying potential hazards, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions to maintain the highest safety standards. Conduct thorough and systematic inspections of commercial, industrial, and residential properties to verify compliance with fire safety codes and life safety regulations Evaluate fire suppression systems, emergency exits, alarm systems, and other life safety equipment for proper installation and functionality Analyze building layouts, occupancy classifications, and structural elements to assess fire and life safety risks Document inspection findings in detailed reports, including photographs, measurements, and observations Identify code violations and safety hazards, and communicate findings clearly to facility managers and property owners Recommend corrective actions and improvements to address identified deficiencies Maintain organized records of all inspections, permits, and compliance documentation Collaborate with building owners, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely remediation of safety issues Stay current with changes to fire codes, life safety standards, and regulatory requirements Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and present findings to management and relevant authorities Respond to complaints and concerns regarding fire and life safety matters Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for fire prevention and life safety management Qualifications Minimum 8 years of professional experience in fire safety inspection, life safety compliance, or related field Comprehensive knowledge of fire codes, building codes, and life safety regulations Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting fire safety standards and regulatory requirements Strong report writing and documentation skills with attention to detail Ability to conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards Knowledge of fire suppression systems, alarm systems, and emergency equipment Proficiency in using inspection equipment and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections efficiently Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred: Experience with inspections in Saudi Arabia or knowledge of local fire safety regulations Preferred: Certification in fire safety inspection or life safety management
