Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end R2R processes, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Monitor daily/weekly dashboards to ensure adherence to SLA/KPI Act as a key point of contact for client finance teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Manage escalations and proactively resolve issues. Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process standardization, harmonization, and automation Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 associates. Conduct performance reviews, career development discussions, and manage attrition Drive adherence to risk and compliance frameworks Ensure process documentation (SOPs) are updated regularly.
