What You'll Do • Own the operation – Take full accountability for budgetary performance, people development, and operational excellence across your functional area (Inbound or Outbound). • Lead and develop leaders – Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable while building the next generation of Amazon leaders. • Drive continuous improvement – Champion Lean initiatives, process innovations, and quality programs that push your team and the FC to exceed business goals. • Deliver a world-class customer experience – Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met or exceeded every single day. • Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and peer leaders to secure resources, share best practices, and drive site-wide success. • Cultivate ideas – Source and nurture innovative ideas from your team, translating them into actionable improvement plans that raise the bar across the network. • Share best practices – Take proactive steps to ensure best practices are shared across all departments, shifts, and the broader network.
