For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.  Your Team, Your Impact Marvell's Córdoba site is home to engineering teams working across the full stack of coherent optical technology — from digital signal processing and digital communications to digital and analog IC design, including firmware, communication protocols, error correction codes, and validation and testing — building the silicon that powers the world's fiber-optic networks. Our Summer Program is a 10-week immersive experience for students who are close to finishing their engineering degree. Rather than joining a single, predefined team, you'll become part of a cohort of peers from across the country, rotating through different technical areas and working alongside experienced engineers on real projects. You'll get to know Marvell from the inside — our technology, our culture, and our way of working — while building the technical and soft skills you'll need for what comes next. What You Can Expect Rotate through technical tracks (Digital Signal Processing, Digital Communications, Digital Design, Analog Design) to gain hands-on exposure to each. Contribute to real projects under the guidance of experienced engineers — modeling, implementation, or verification, depending on the track. Model and evaluate systems at different levels of abstraction using tools such as MATLAB, C++, and Python. Define, execute, and document functional verification and validation activities. Write clear technical documentation of your work. Present and defend your work and decisions to peers and mentors at the end of the program. Summer Program Objectives: Provide practical experience across Digital Design, Digital Communications, Digital Signal Processing, Analog Design, and other areas. Introduce emerging technologies in the semiconductor industry. Foster technical and soft skills, including teamwork and effective communication. Offer the opportunity to work in an innovative environment alongside industry-leading professionals.

Currently pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field. At the time of application, candidates must be expected to have passed all final exams and submitted their final project before July 2027. Solid foundation in at least one of the following: C, C++, Verilog, Python, MATLAB — exposure to more than one is a plus. Good English communication skills (verbal and written). Availability to relocate to Córdoba for the full 10-week program during the summer.
