Analyze trends and historical data to identify anomalies, improve reliability, and support predictive maintenance strategies. Partner with IT and security teams to support cybersecurity standards for BAS, EPMS, and related operational technology networks. Provide technical leadership, coaching, and standard troubleshooting practices for controls technicians and operations teams. Support incident response, event reconstruction, and root cause analysis with accurate data, timelines, diagnostics, and corrective actions. Support audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives related to controls integrity, monitoring reliability, and data quality.
