Handle supplier quality events, drive the 8D corrective action process, and lead MRB discussions for risk-based material disposition Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Handle supplier quality events, drive the 8D corrective action process, and lead MRB discussions for risk-based material disposition Trace supplier quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions to elevate supplier performance Plan and execute various supplier audits, including system, process, and pre-qualification audits Maintain and continuously optimize the internal Quality Management System to align with evolving automotive standards Negotiate quality agreements, specifications, and specific quality requests with external suppliers and foundries. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or a related field Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics Experience with foundry operations and semiconductor manufacturing processes Experience with implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems(QMS, e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) in the semiconductor industry Proficiency in IATF 16949 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)and their application in quality management Ability to work effectively in multinational and cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technology development Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
