As a Technical Project Manager III in Corporate Techology - Consumer and Community Banking - Risk Tech team, you will help lead complex, AI-enabled technology projects and programs that promote business outcomes and create values for clients, employees, and stakeholders. You will apply a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories to design innovatie solutions, using strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change leveraging your strong communication skills, you will collaborate with cross-fuctional teams and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on objectives, governance, and delivery expectations. By optimizing resources, proactively managing risks, and maintaining execution discipline, you will enable the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that shape the firm's strategic technology landscape.
Job responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects and programs Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis (e.g., drafting plans, RAID, and status narratives), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project or program outcomes Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, including planning, scope, resources, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and release milestones Partner across engineering, product, business, risk, and portfolio stakeholders to align execution with strategic business outcomes Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks to maintain delivery momentum Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals Coach teams and leaders in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices to improve flow, predictability, transparency, and continuous improvement Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture through servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution, and drive agile program execution through backlog management, release planning, roadmap coordination, and cross-team delivery governance Deliver clear executive communications, metrics, and governance insights that translate technical complexity into business value and actionable decisions Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations. Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities Proven ability to plan and execute programs across scope, resources, dependencies, budgets, governance, and delivery milestones and strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and
