Job Description
Analyst role to be a part of Wealth Management Home Office at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. The primary responsibilities will be reporting, analysis and insights on trends and activities that are driving the results working closely with other members of Wealth Management Home Office.
Position
Responsibilities Point person with various corporate partners to develop analysis, produce reporting, and conduct research, specifically with Human Resources, Finance and FA Comp Collaborate with team in Mumbai, NY/NJ, and Budapest to distribute a suite of management reports to be produced on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Understand Wealth Management Home Office initiatives as a basis to perform analysis Daily/monthly/Quarterly reporting and trend analysis on metrics Develop, implement and present key data and metrics to senior management Be able to leverage different data sources and methodologies to verify accuracy of output Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations. The candidate must be flexible in their work style and be able to work collaboratively with others on the team Qualifications Minimum of 1-3 years of Wealth Management or Industry experience Bachelor’s degree required Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills Must be a self-starter and a quick learner, able to prioritize multiple projects and complete deliverables in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail Possess a strong sense of accountability/ownership Self-motivated and able to work in a strong team and high activity environment Demonstrated effectiveness with both oral and written communication WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
