Ngā kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role Join our People & Culture Operations team and help strengthen the systems and information that support our people across New Zealand. This role combines Workday administration, data governance, reporting and analytics to help ensure our people systems are accurate , secure, efficient and provide meaningful insights for business decision-making. You will work across People & Culture, Payroll, Technology and global teams to translate business needs into practical system improvements and trusted reporting. Your day-to-day could include: Coordinate New Zealand requirements, system changes, releases, enhancements and issue resolution with the global Workday team. Administer Workday business processes, system dependencies, security access, roles and permissions in line with security and privacy requirements. Maintain the accuracy, completeness and integrity of employee and organisational data through dashboards, controls, audits and reconciliations. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, translating business questions into clear analysis of workforce trends, risks and opportunities. Identify and implement system and process improvements, including automation and self-service capability, while providing practical guidance to stakeholders. At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years of systems analysis experience. A working understanding of Workday functionality and strong capability in report building, system integration and data analysis. High proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft platforms and Workday, together with experience maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
