Software Developer (.NET) Location: Chihuahua, Mexico Position Summary We are looking for a talented Software Developer to join our team in Chihuahua. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications that support critical business operations. You will work on applications that integrate with multiple systems and services, ensuring reliable data flow and seamless functionality across the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while working independently when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements to design and develop software solutions. Design, develop, test, debug, and implement new applications and enhancements to existing systems. Maintain, support, and improve existing applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Develop solutions that integrate with multiple applications and enterprise systems. Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs to support application integration. Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to end users and IT teams. Troubleshoot production issues using application logs and monitoring tools. Produce and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, technical specifications, test cases, and user documentation. Follow established software development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Apply sound technical judgment when designing application logic and implementing solutions while working within approved requirements and specifications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in software application development. Experience developing enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies and integrating with cloud and on-premises systems. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful Web APIs, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, and CSS. Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, relational database design, and advanced SQL for data querying and manipulation. Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP services. Experience working throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience using Git for source control, including branching strategies, pull requests, merging, and code reviews. Experience with DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar platforms. Experience using automated code quality and static analysis tools such as SonarQube or SonarCloud to identify and resolve code quality, security, and maintainability issues. Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, or similar. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, including code documentation, technical specifications, test plans, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation. Strong analytical,
