We are seeking a highly experienced Resiliency leader to lead our Global Business Continuity Planning and Crisis Management programs to further develop and lead our Global BCP and CM processes via the Center of Excellence you will establish. The Global Head is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s Resilience through the COE, Global Security teams, and matrixed business partners. This role ensures the organization is prepared to respond and recover from disruptive events while maintaining critical business operations. A core expectation of this role is the ability to apply AI tools and techniques in practical, day-to-day Resiliency work from AI-assisted risk assessments and predictive scenario planning to automated plan maintenance and intelligent alerting. The position partners closely with Global Security, GSOC, Crisis Management, IT, Engineering, Legal, Facilities, HR, Risk Management, and executive leadership to design and maintain scalable, risk-based continuity solutions across the Global footprint and business units. Beyond individual use, this leader will develop and execute a strategy to scale AI across the Resiliency functions embedding AI-driven capabilities into workflows, exercises, and reporting so that the entire program becomes faster, smarter, and more resilient over time.
