• Provide coaching, direction, training, and support to tellers and serve as a trusted resource for the team.
• Step in to oversee branch operations when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove customer service while navigating transactions and manual processes with accuracy and urgency.
• Process customer transactions and account maintenance, including new account opening.
• Manage teller balancing, cash ordering, vault operations, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other daily banking activities.
• Research and resolve transaction discrepancies and provide teller approvals and operational guidance.
• Support teller scheduling, onboarding, and training.
• Help create a positive, collaborative environment by taking initiative, supporting teammates, and approaching challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate Bank products and services.
• Ensure branch activities follow Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need
• 2+ years of banking or financial services experience preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership or team-lead experience is preferred and we’re also open to someone ready for their next step who has demonstrated leadership through coaching, training, taking ownership, or serving as a go-to resource for their team.
• Pangu bilingual proficiency is highly preferred and would be especially valuable in supporting our customers.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is also preferred and considered a plus.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, white-glove customer service.
• A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to bring positive energy to the team.
• Ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and act with urgency while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, support, and encourage others while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain composed in a fast-paced branch
