Position overview: The HR Advisor supports the delivery of core HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient and compliant processes related to recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll, performance management, and employee relations. Working closely with managers, employees, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, and HR colleagues, the role helps drive business objectives while providing high-quality HR support and guidance.
Key responsibilities include
Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including position creation, interview coordination, offer preparation, onboarding administration, and pre-employment compliance checks. Managing payroll, compensation administration, salary review activities, and employee benefit processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating probation and performance review processes while supporting managers with performance management practices. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR data within SuccessFactors and ensuring all employee lifecycle transactions are processed efficiently. Providing HR administrative support across onboarding, employee relations, immigration, employee development, and offboarding activities. Advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, systems, and people-related matters while ensuring a positive employee experience. Supporting disciplinary processes, conducting exit interviews, and assisting with the implementation of corporate and local HR initiatives. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contributing to the successful delivery of HR and business objectives.
What are we looking for?
Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, or similar Human Resources role. Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll, compensation, and employee relations processes. Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors. Understanding of employment legislation, HR compliance requirements, and best HR practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an advantage. A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality HR support.
Work Environment: This role requires on-site presence at our Fosie plant. Hiring Range: 420,000 – 560,000 SEK gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. Depending on these factors, the actual offer may fall above or below the posted range.
