•Develop and maintain the Finance Automation roadmap aligned with GBS and Finance transformation goals.Identify and prioritize automation and process improvement opportunities across Finance. •Lead automation projects end-to-end, from business case development through implementation and stabilization.Implement solutions using RPA, AI, workflow automation, data integration, and low-code platforms. •Drive process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles. •Partner with Finance, IT, process owners, and GBS teams to deliver automation initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment. •Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure operational performance, automation benefits, and ROI. •Ensure automation solutions comply with internal controls, SOX, data privacy, and corporate policies.Promote an automation-first culture by coaching finance teams and supporting digital capability building Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field. •7+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services, GBS, Finance Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or Automation.At least 3 years of experience leading automation or digital transformation initiatives. •Experience in a multinational Shared Services/GBS environment preferred. •Strong knowledge of finance processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, and FP&A.Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar. •Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, AI/ML, and finance automation solutions. •Lean Six Sigma and automation/RPA certifications are an advantage.
