In this position, you will play a critical role in creating a thoughtful, organized, and high-quality recruiting experience from the first candidate interaction through the interview process. You will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and logistics, and keep the hiring process moving. Our Senior Recruiting Coordinators play an important role in shaping how candidates experience CesiumAstro. For many candidates, you will be one of their first interactions with the company and one of the first faces they meet onsite. How we communicate, how prepared we are, and how we show up throughout the process matters. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of those details and represents our culture with professionalism, urgency, and care. This is a fast moving role that requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and strong communication.
