Business Process Rep

Responsibilities   F ocuses on process standardization, performance tracking, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes .   Support design, standardization, and continuous improvement of business and sales processes   Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and objectives   Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure execution alignment   Manage and track key sales operations activities including pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data governance   Generate business insights through data analysis, reporting dashboards, and KPI tracking   Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations .    Assist   in business planning, performance reviews, and identification of growth opportunities     Key Skills :   Strong understanding of business processes and sales operations   Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting   Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, etc.)   Ability to work with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.   Process improvement and problem-solving skills   Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities   Attention to detail and execution rigor     Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Business , Management, or related field (MBA preferred)   with 5 years of   experience in business operations, sales operations, or process management .       Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
