Team Lead for Epic application support Work as a 2 in box partner with the client counterpart to direct and lead the team. Oversee day to day operations of the client application support team while directing the offshore Epic support team. Serve as the leadership and escalation point for the offshore Epic support team. Requires in depth Epic support knowledge. Epic certification in one or more of the following modules Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referral, Welcome.

Minimum 3 years of experience with Epic application support as a Certified Analyst Epic certification in one or more of the following modules Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referral, Welcome. High school diploma or GED Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
