In the role of Line Lead - Packaging working in Chilliwack, BC you will be part of the Packaging Team. The Line Leader has 24 hour accountability for results, Daily Management Systems (DMS), and organizational health of their line(s). They are responsible for managing and improving results necessary to achieve the Compelling Business Need (CBN) and Site Master Plan through rigorous application of Continuous Improvement tools. They own both the Defect Handling and CIL DMS’s. A majority of individual’s time will be spent on the floor working with the teams and building the capability of the people in their area.

This position reports to the Packaging Area Manager, direct reports for this role are the Packaging Team Leads. This position works closely with the Line trio, Team Leaders, operators, and skilled trades.
