You will work closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to drive technology investments, manage commercial engagements, and ensure successful execution of strategic supplier and IP initiatives. You will serve as a key liaison between technical and business organizations, providing leadership across licensing strategy, financial planning, contract management, vendor governance, operational excellence, and long-range planning while helping enable successful delivery of critical technology programs.   THE PERSON:   The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with business and financial acumen and thrives in highly cross-functional environments. You are a strategic thinker who can quickly understand complex technical and commercial issues, drive alignment among diverse stakeholders, and translate business objectives into executable plans.   You possess exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and are comfortable operating across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Management, and external supplier organizations. You are an effective communicator who can influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and successfully drive initiatives from concept through execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead third-party IP licensing and strategic supplier engagements, including technology evaluations, commercial negotiations, contract execution, renewals, royalty obligations, maintenance agreements, and ongoing vendor relationship management. Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases that evaluate licensing strategies, supplier proposals, technology investments, and long-term business impacts. Manage contract lifecycle processes, including NDAs, license agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and support renewals while ensuring compliance with internal governance processes. Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations, Supply Planning, and external technology partners to ensure alignment with product and technology roadmaps. Establish and drive program governance, operational processes, reporting frameworks, executive communications, and risk management activities, including plans of record, schedules, financial tracking, dashboards, business reviews, and strategic recommendations that enhance organizational visibility, decision-making, and execution.
