Logistics Leader Woodward’s Aerospace Division is seeking a Logistics Leader in our Loves Park, Illinois campus to lead supply chain operations and improve efficiency across procurement, manufacturing, logistics , and distribution. This role develops and implements supply chain strategies, monitors performance, manages vendor relationships, and partners with cross-functional teams to support business goals. Operational Management: Oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, manufacturing, logistics , and distribution to meet business objectives . Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Vendor and Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure reliable supply and high service standards. Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and product development to align supply chain activities with overall business goals and drive integrated solutions. Key Skills: Strategic Planning: Develops and implements comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the business segment’s objectives and drive overall performance. Supply Chain Optimization: Analyzes and enhances supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
