Insights The team is part of the Team ‘Business Risk & Controls (BRC)’. The PB BRC guards the “Protect” agenda by overseeing operational risks, conduct & control topics and regulatory changes. The team works across global PB franchise delivering complex key risk and control agenda, adding value for the Business to reduce complexity and enhance controls. The team works with cross-functional and global teams, collaborating with multiple stakeholders globally across the bank. Maintain Regulatory Reporting inventories, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updates. Coordinate local/global attestations, annual self-assessments, and control reviews. Support the identification, assessment, escalation, management, and monitoring of Potential and Actual Conflicts of Interest. Provide guidance and oversight to stakeholders on regulatory reporting and conflict management requirements. Execute periodic controls to validate compliance with governance frameworks and policies. Track governance issues, control gaps, and remediation actions to ensure timely resolution. Prepare and analyse Management Information (MI) reports, dashboards, and governance metrics for senior management. Support audits, regulatory reviews, and governance forums through accurate reporting and documentation. Drive continuous process improvements to strengthen governance, controls, and regulatory compliance.
