Posting Date 09/04/2026 300 West Sylvania AveSte One, Neptune, New Jersey, 07753-6017, United States of America The Director, Transplant is responsible for providing input to and leading implementation of the Village’s transplant roadmap to increase transplant waitlist rate, increase the number of patients transplanted (deceased donor and living donor), and develop post-transplant care management capabilities. This role collaborates across departments to develop and deploy capabilities across more than 2800 dialysis centers nationwide and th rough our value based contracts. This role will also work closely with physician leaders to increase nephrologist engagement in the kidney transplant process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Product & program development Maintains strong working knowledge of the kidney transplant process, CMS requirements, UNOS and OPTN processes/regulations and key stakeholder needs and roles. Leads and influences creation of scalable solutions, informed by data and stakeholder input; develops/maintains village transplant roadmap Assists in addressing and implementing regulatory and compliance requirements. Prioritizes initiatives that deliver clinical and business value, while improving patient and teammate experience. Influences the design of our clinical IT systems to achieve patient-centered care and reduce teammate and nephrologist burden. 2. Field engagement & operations management to meet key metrics Creates/supports management processes to achieve key clinical and operational goals; analyzes data and processes to identify trends and root causes, and develops strategies to improve performance. Ensures appropriate communication and training for new resources, BDPs and model of care enhancements to clinical teammates, fielder operators and nephrologists. 3. Leadership Serves as a respected thought leader and subject matter expert at all levels of the organization; collaborates across departments and projects to support needs and achieve shared success Inspires social workers, field leaders and nephrologists to achieve excellence in supporting patients in pursuing transplant. Provides day to day leadership to the transplant cross-functional workgroup Leads authentically and consistently demonstrates DaVita’s core values. 4. Regulatory support and navigation 5.
