At the Heidelberg Marriott Hotel, as Finance & Accounting Manager (m/f/d), you’ll be a key member of our management team and will actively contribute to ensuring and further developing our hotel’s financial performance. Your Role – Responsibility, Overview, and Creative Freedom • Working closely with our Director of Finance, you’ll be responsible for all accounting and financial processes at the hotel • You’ll ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements are prepared accurately and on time • You’ll analyze financial metrics, identify trends, and support management in making informed decisions • You will share responsibility for budget planning, forecasting, and regular reporting • You will ensure compliance with all legal requirements, internal guidelines, and Marriott standards • You will coordinate payment transactions and liquidity planning and ensure efficient cash management processes • You continuously optimize accounting processes and identify opportunities for improvement • You serve as the central point of contact for internal departments and external partners (e.g., tax advisors, auditors) • You assist with audits and ensure they run smoothly • You support and develop your team in day-to-day operations

Be able. • A completed business apprenticeship (accounting, finance, hospitality, or similar) • Several years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting • A passion for numbers and a structured, meticulous approach to work • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel • Good German and English language skills • Team spirit, reliability, and a desire to further your professional development
