The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager plays an important role in delivering learning solutions for our people, with a particular focus on training delivery excellence, leadership development, and supporting business operations. The role is responsible for leading a team of Trainers, ensuring consistent, engaging, and effective delivery of learning programs, and building leadership capability across the organization. The role collaborates with leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) across Ford Credit to ensure training and leadership programs are effective, engaging, relevant, timely, and support business needs. In addition, the role collaborates with HR and Ford Motor Company's L&D teams to maximize alignment and synergies, and partners with instructional design peers to ensure a seamless handoff from content design to delivery. This role is equal parts facilitation excellence, leadership development expertise, coaching and developing L&D professionals, and program management.
