Key Exciting Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end system implementations and project milestones within agreed target timelines. Consult carrier partners on optimal logistics processes and deliver tailored Transporeon network solutions. Provide interactive training and continuous specialized support for key software users. Establish, nurture, and maintain long-term, high-trust customer relationships across the network. Become a recognized subject matter expert within the fast-evolving transportation and logistics sector. Essential Skills & Experience Fluency in Romanian and English. Proven background within customer service or customer care environments. Excellent communication skills paired with fast technical comprehension. Strong organizational abilities, proactivity, and high personal reliability. Solid proficiency with digital tools, including MS Office or Google Suite products. Bonus Points For Fluency in any additional foreign language is a strong plus.
