Job Description: OpsRamp Lead Administrator Preferred Location :Mysore/Ahemdabad Total years of experience: 4 years to 8 years Role Summary OpsRamp Lead Administartor will be responsible for the deployment, administration, maintenance, and optimization of the OpsRamp observability platform. The role involves onboarding infrastructure and application components, configuring monitoring solutions, integrating with ITSM tools, and ensuring platform reliability to support enterprise IT operations. Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, administer, and maintain the OpsRamp platform, gateways, and agents. Discover, onboard, and manage monitoring for servers, network devices, cloud resources, storage systems, databases, and applications. Configure monitoring policies, thresholds, alert rules, and escalation policies to ensure proactive incident detection. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, service maps, and network topology views. Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Configure notification channels, including email and collaboration tools. Integrate OpsRamp with ITSM
