**Day in the Life of a Continuous Improvement Intern**
We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self\-driven individuals with a passion to innovate\. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft\. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell\. As a Continuous Improvement Intern at Bell, you can expect to provide product support, identify process improvements and work with Bell’s manufacturing teams to deploy new solutions that allow greater operational efficiency\.
Responsibilities
Include engaging in project\-based work focused on continuous improvement initiatives\. Complete activities as needed to satisfy management directives\. Duties may vary depending upon placement within the organization\.
What You Will Need
+ Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial engineering \(preferred\) or mechanical required\.
+ Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship \(June 1st, 2026\) or prior Bell internship experience\.
+ Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1– August 7, 2026\.
+ 3\.0 GPA preferred
**What Will Make You Stand Out**
+ Knowledge using Computer Aided Design through school or previous experience\.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products\.
+ Willingness to learn, self\-motivate, and develop real skills that can be applied to future opportunities\.
+ A passion for working hands on with materials\.
+ Previous experience with automotive, aerospace, or transportation companies\.
+ Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and organizational skills\.
