This position will be located in  Vandenberg AFB, CA  and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program. What You’ll Get To Do:  Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following: Oversee, lead/manage, and analyze activities associated with property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractor sites are managed and controlled in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence with an approved Property Business System. Establish and maintain complete life cycle property accountability records and ensure property systems remain compliant across all phases of the life-cycle. Maintain proper documentation to support each lifecycle transactional event, determine condition and lead proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Duties will include familiarity with contractual terms that drive company requirements and obligations. Working knowledge with both internal tools (i.e. SAP) and external tools (PIEE GFP Module) to meet NG contract obligations. 5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree Experience working with DOD contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and or DFARS property management clauses.
