This position will be located in Vandenberg AFB, CA and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program. What You’ll Get To Do: Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following: Oversee, lead/manage, and analyze activities associated with property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractor sites are managed and controlled in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence with an approved Property Business System. Establish and maintain complete life cycle property accountability records and ensure property systems remain compliant across all phases of the life-cycle. Maintain proper documentation to support each lifecycle transactional event, determine condition and lead proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Duties will include familiarity with contractual terms that drive company requirements and obligations. Working knowledge with both internal tools (i.e. SAP) and external tools (PIEE GFP Module) to meet NG contract obligations. Host and lead internal and external Property Business System audits and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc. As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Space Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including: Medical, Dental & Vision coverage 401k Educational Assistance Life Insurance Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions Paid Time Off Health & Wellness Resources Employee Discounts This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. Basic Qualifications
5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree Experience working with DOD contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and or DFARS property management clauses. Experience working with diverse levels of internal/external customers, i.e., DCMA, Prime Contractors, DoD personnel. Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope Preferred Qualifications: Current NPMA CPPS certification (Certified Property Professional Analyst Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 5+ years Government Property/Asset Management experience Active Top Secret Clearance Primary Level Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base
