Position
Summary F5 is seeking a proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic Buyer II to join our Procurement team . The Buyer II will serve as a key contributor in procurement operations with a strong focus on Coupa platform excellence, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is willing to wear multiple hats, and is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
Support internal stakeholders on purchase requests and purchase order processes within the Coupa Procurement platform Assist in the implementation and maintenance of supplier catalogues within Coupa, contributing to user adoption and procurement efficiency Execute requisitions from submission to supplier transmission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procurement procedures Help maintain and update Coupa best practices documentation, training materials, and user guides to support the overall procurement experience Assist in monitoring compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other internal teams to gather and analyze purchasing requirements and support alignment with organizational goals Support projects related to procurement process improvements and system enhancements, contributing to operational efficiencies Identify and communicate opportunities to improve procurement workflows, with input from senior team members Contribute to data gathering, reporting, and dashboard updates to support procurement KPIs and management review Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Growing knowledge of procurement strategies and supplier relationship management Hands-on experience with the Coupa Procurement platform, including catalogue support, requisition processing, and purchase order management Developing understanding of procure -to-pay (P2P) processes and best practices Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under moderate supervision Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset Collaborative, dependable, and eager to exercise judgment within defined procedures and guidelines Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a clear, concise communication style Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management , Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience ) 3 + years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing , or supply chain operations 1+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement, including catalogue implementation and management Demonstrated experience providing white-glove/concierge-level procurement support Proven track record of managing requisition-to-PO processes with speed and accuracy Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance and Accounting Preferred: Knowledge of Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies (e.g., Gemini, Copilot ,
