Recruiter Valencia, Spain | Onsite 5 Days a Week 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract. We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join Ford's Talent Acquisition team in Valencia. You'll be part of our European Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, working alongside TA colleagues across the region, while focusing on hiring activity within Spain. You'll also work closely with the local HR team and business leaders, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on the talent agenda locally while being connected to a wider European function. This is a hands-on recruitment role where you'll take ownership of hiring from start to finish, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure great talent.
