HR INTERN (H/M) OTIS ESPAÑA

Location: Golfo De Salónica 73, 28033 MADRID, Spain OTIS está buscando un/a HR Intern (Policies & Documentation) para incorporarse al equipo de Recursos Humanos. Esta persona dará soporte en la organización, revisión y redacción de las políticas y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos de la compañía, asegurando que la documentación sea clara, coherente, accesible y alineada con los estándares corporativos. La duración de esta beca será de 12 meses. Funciones: Organizar, revisar y actualizar políticas, procedimientos y documentación de Recursos Humanos. Redactar y adaptar documentos, garantizando una comunicación clara, precisa y profesional. Estandarizar formatos, lenguaje y estructura de las políticas corporativas. Colaborar con los diferentes equipos de Recursos Humanos para recopilar información y mantener la documentación actualizada. Apoyar en la revisión de contenidos para asegurar su coherencia, calidad y alineación con las directrices corporativas. Participar en proyectos destinados a mejorar la organización y accesibilidad de la documentación interna de HR. Requisitos: Estudiante universitario/a o recién graduado/a en Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, Periodismo, Comunicación, Comunicación Corporativa o disciplinas afines. Excelentes habilidades de redacción, edición y corrección de textos. Nivel alto de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado. Capacidad de organización y gestión de documentación de forma estructurada. Atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad. Dominio de los principales modelos de IA generativa (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini). Buen dominio de Microsoft Office. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y colaborar con diferentes interlocutores dentro de la organización.
