At a Glance You're a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, Information Technology This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field. Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027. In addition to role-specific projects, you'll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally. What you can expect in this role As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations. This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business. Internship responsibilities may include: The Finance Data and Analytics Intern provides essential support to the Finance Data and Analytics team by developing and maintaining SQL-based database solutions, creating financial reports, and delivering data-driven analytics to finance, accounting, and tax business partners. This position plays a critical role in improving data accessibility and reporting efficiency, enabling stakeholders to make informed financial decisions and streamline business processes. Writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, transform, and consolidate financial data Developing and maintaining databases that support finance, accounting, and tax reporting requirements Creating automated reports and dashboards in Excel to track key financial metrics Collaborating with business partners to understand reporting needs and deliver timely insights Assisting with data quality validation and troubleshooting data discrepancies Required qualifications Must be a rising junior or rising senior with an expected graduation date between of May 2028 to May 2029 Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship Preferred Qualifications General SQL querying knowledge and good understanding of excel. #LI-WP1 GGN100 2026-81690 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
