The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst supports Teleflex’s Acute Care business unit with the design, development, and management of strategic, tactical, and operational analytical solutions. He/she will be integral in designing and building reports, dashboards and data visualization using data management, reporting and automation tools. This role combines analytical development with user support, training, requirements gathering, documentation, data validation, and continuous improvement. The analyst will work directly with field sales, sales leadership, marketing, sales operations, and business-unit leadership to answer business questions, complete focused analyses, improve report usability, and identify unmet analytical needs. The analyst will independently manage assigned requests. Success in this role will be demonstrated through accurate and timely work, increased user confidence and adoption, well-documented reporting processes, responsive stakeholder support, and the proactive identification of valuable platform improvements. Principal Responsibilities
The Business Intelligence Analyst primary role is to transform data into insight that can help to improve the value of the business. In this role, you will:
Serve as an accessible point of contact for commercial analytics questions, routine field support, and Power BI assistance. Provide analytical support to business partners - including field sales, marketing and business unit leadership - highlighting findings with measurable solutions. Provide one-on-one coaching, group training and other resources that help users confidently interpret and apply commercial reporting. Develop, enhance, test, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and applications in accordance with established business definitions and governance standards. Perform financial and business analysis. Execute Training, user support, and technical documentation. Multi-task contending ad hoc requests and demands, requiring the ability to quickly shift focus as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate manager. Education / Experience
