Manage customer accounts by handling outbound client calls using negotiation techniques to reach effective, timely resolutions. Follow operational procedures and select the most appropriate course of action when resolving complex situations. Drive consistent and accurate collections activity for all account types by effectively using the available tools and resources Assess risk in day-to-day decisions, ensuring all actions align with applicable policies, regulations, and ethical standards. Escalate and report control issues with transparency, safeguarding the interests of customers and the organization.   Required Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, collections, or service-oriented role, with a demonstrated ability to effectively handle and resolve client inquiries.  Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and reach resolution under pressure in customer interactions. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, while exercising sound judgement. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with excellent data entry skills.
