Senior Disputes Supervisor - hybrid

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Order to Cash (OTC) operations as a Senior Disputes Supervisor . This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer disputes, directly impacting customer satisfaction and cash flow. Reporting to the Disputes Leader, you will lead a team of dispute resolvers, drive root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions. Your leadership will be key in enhancing dispute resolution processes and reducing recurring issues. This is a headcount neutral role and the supervisor will have dual role to resolve the disputes assigned to them along with the responsibilities of supervising the disputes resolver.
