About this role
What you’ll do Direct Adobe’s interactions with significant global Partners, made up of traditional Management Consulting Firms, Local Systems Integrators, and large Digital/Ad Agencies Working closely with peers in other geographies, drive and complete strategies aligned with our Global Partner Program Build and maintain alliances with new partners, developing them into successful members of the extended team while minimizing the involvement of non-performing Partners Manage and maintain the local Partner program, incentive programs and various initiatives Responsible for driving deal acquisition through partners and jointly pursuing deal closures with them. What you need to succeed Experience in a quota-bearing enterprise Sales or Channel Sales role for a minimum of 3 years, demonstrating a consistent history of meeting your targets In addition, experience in a Partner/Alliance Sales role will be required; experience growing a Partner Sales organization would be preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Pre-Sales roles within the Digital Marketing domain. Experience collaborating with some of the Partners we want to enlist, including Systems Integrators, Management Consulting firms, or Digital/Ad Agencies, will improve your chances of success in this role. Develop a Partner GTM which embraces multi-solution, Digital Transformation capabilities for Japan Enterprise clients Demonstrated experience in planning and carrying out business growth initiatives in collaboration with the digital marketing tech venders.
