Preferred Knowledge/Skills:   Demonstrates   thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success including the following areas:    ● Developing CI/CD toolchains centered around tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub    ● Actions, Argo CD, Artifactory, Azure container registry, Google container   registry   and other similar tooling.    ● Developing modules   utilizing   tools such as Terraform &   Pulumi .     ● Demonstrating knowledge of security requirements, including working with encryption at rest & in transit patterns.    ● Demonstrating knowledge of tools like Azure Key vault, Hashi Corp Vault, Google KMS.    ● Utilizing security tools like Veracode, Blackduck for AppSec testing, Qualys scanners for infra testing and Twist lock/Aqua for container scanning.    ● Working with tools like GitHub/Gitlab for source code management and well as experience with branching strategies like   GitFlow   and trunk based.    ● Kubernetes at scale using one of GKE, AKS, EKS or RKE.    ● Deploying automation   in order to   identify   toil and opportunities to reduce that within the team.    ● Setting up observability tools like Prom/Grafana, Datadog, AppDynamics, Splunk to give    D ocumentation: Keep detailed records of
