Job Description

Reporting to the VP, Corporate Strategy & Projects, the Director serves as an enterprise strategy expert and strategic problem solver, helping advance enterprise priorities through thought partnership, insight generation, structured problem solving, and cross-functional leadership.   This individual serves as a recognized strategic problem solver and cross-functional leader, assessing key business issues, developing recommendations, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution of enterprise priorities. The Director brings structure to ambiguity, synthesizes complex information into actionable insights, and helps facilitate effective decision-making across the organization. The Director operates with a high degree of independence and latitude within defined initiatives, determining the approaches, analytical methods, and recommendations needed to address complex and often ambiguous business challenges with limited direction.   Success in this role requires building trusted partnerships across the enterprise. Team members are expected to develop deep business understanding, serve as strategic thought partners, and contribute to long-term organizational success.   Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   Enterprise Strategy & Insights Conduct strategic analyses and synthesize insights of market dynamics, competitive developments, business performance, and industry trends to inform enterprise priorities and decisions. Develop strategic frameworks, recommendations, and executive-ready perspectives on key business issues. Support corporate strategy development, planning processes, strategic assessments, and scenario planning. Strategic Initiatives & Execution Lead strategic workstreams and projects supporting enterprise priorities, exercising judgment to determine scope, approach, and prioritization. Develop execution plans, governance approaches, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities that may impact strategic outcomes. Drive delivery my managing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum toward objectives and business outcomes. Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence Partner and foster collaboration across functions to advance enterprise initiatives and strategic priorities. Build alignment through structured problem solving, clear communication, and integration of diverse perspectives. Promote enterprise-first thinking and high-quality decision-making. Executive Engagement Prepare executive-ready analyses, presentations, and recommendations. Support leadership discussions, strategic workshops, and offsites. Present findings and communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.   Organizational & Talent Development Contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
