Lead technical discussions, evaluate solution alternatives, and help resolve complex engineering challenges across application, integration, and infrastructure components. Balance security requirements, defect resolution, sustainment, and technical debt to maintain platform stability and support long-term system evolution. Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and impediments, coordinating with engineering leadership and other teams to resolve issues affecting delivery.
