Exploration: You'll explore various roles early on and participate in our LDP Core Learning Series. These experiences allow you to build your functional expertise and leadership capabilities to maximize your potential for future roles. Strategic Networking: Collaborate with senior leaders with mentorship programs woven into your experience. Directly shape peer engagement, learning, development, and the overall participant experience by serving on LDP advisory boards. In our Finance Program: You’ll collaborate with global partners, including other FLDPs, on high-impact functional projects, fostering cross-regional insights and innovation. It’s time to make connections, get energized, and power ahead. Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary for this role is $72,000 (bachelor’s degree) with a one-time $6,000 signing bonus or $80,000 (master’s degree) with a one-time $12,000 signing bonus. Position Overview: Eaton’s Accounting & Finance Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program intended to develop leadership skills and increased responsibility throughout each rotation cycle. This program provides participants exposure to Eaton’s finance function and offers everyone the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of operations accounting, financial planning & analysis, and business acumen of several of Eaton’s businesses. As a participant in the program, you will complete two, six-month rotations in one location, and one, one-year assignment at a different US location. These rotations will give you the hands-on experience to get started in your career. Assignments include working in manufacturing accounting in a plant with a strong focus on cost accounting, financial accounting in a business group or division headquarters, and other roles such as internal audit, group compliance or technical reporting and analysis. After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills should qualify you for finance and accounting leadership roles in Eaton’s operations. Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree program in business with a major in Finance, Accounting, Economics from an accredited institution with graduation date before July 2027 Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 Minimum of one internship or co-op experience or an equivalent of 3 months of business experience completed at the time of this application Demonstrated leadership experience on campus and/or within the community Must be geographically flexible to relocate anywhere within the United States This role may include travel (up to 25%) within a local region and internationally as determined by the Finance and Accounting assignment manager Eaton will not
