Salesforce Architect Job Description: Role : Salesforce Architect Location : Pune, Ahmedabad, Indore   Position Summary We are looking for an experienced and visionary Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem aligns seamlessly with our long-term growth and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities ·         Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) ·         Extensive experience in integration of Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise tools using Standard/Custom APIs or middleware. ·         Experience developing software solutions, including coding, testing, and deployment ·         Establish and enforce governance standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and performance best practices. ·         Partner with product managers, business analysts, leadership team to align technical strategies with business objectives. ·         Understanding the software engineering life cycle for development, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems ·         Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users ·         Guide development teams through best practices in coding, integration, and platform configuration. ·         Stay current on Salesforce releases, emerging technologies (such as Data Cloud and AI), and industry trends to continuously optimize our technical landscape      Required Qualifications & Skills ·         8+ years industry / CRM experience, with minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce ·         Deep understanding of key Salesforce architectural concepts (e.g. pros and cons of object models, API concepts, concurrent actions and governor limits) and how they influence design ·         Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud ·         Deep and extensive knowledge of the Force.com technical platform including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and asynchronous processing ·         Extensive knowledge of advanced integration methods (REST/SOAP/Metadata/Streaming APIs) and middleware tools ·         Strong understanding of data modeling, data migration strategies, sharing rules, profiles, role hierarchies, and enterprise security compliance. ·         Knowledge of the Salesforce App Exchange ecosystem. ·         Experience on Salesforce data management (Import, Export, Backup, Restore, Archive) & tools ·         Must already possess Salesforce Developer, Administrator, App Builder, Sales, or Service Cloud certifications ·         Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). ·         Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users ·         Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills ·         Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and delivery teams   Location: IN-MH-Pune, India-Blue Ridge-Hinjewadi (eInfochips) Time Type: Full time Job Category: Engineering Services
