SIP-Sales Manager VII

Summary We are looking for a motivated  Sales Manager  to lead the business development of  PPG Powder Coatings  in Northern Vietnam. As a Sales Manager - Powder Coatings, you will work as  hunter , responsible for developing new business opportunities while driving sustainable sales volume growth to help expand PPG's powder coatings business. You will directly report to Business Development Manager.

Develop business development strategies to achieve sales and volume targets. Identify and acquire new customers across Northern Vietnam. Develop relationships with important customers, project owners, contractors, and manufacturers. Focus on high-growth market segments including: Façade Contractors Aluminum Extrusion General Industrial (GI) Export Manufacturers Metal Furniture Steel Furniture & Shelving Other industrial powder coating applications Improve projects from opportunity identification through commercial negotiation and successful conversion. Work with Technical Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to provide value-added solutions. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurate forecasts, and market intelligence.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of B2B industrial sales experience. Experience in hunting, business development, and new customer acquisition. Network within façade, aluminum, metal furniture, GI manufacturing, or related industrial sectors is nice to have. Willing to travel frequently within Northern Vietnam. We require fluent English. Chinese language skills are an advantage.
