This includes: • Leading or supporting major initiatives such as PG&E’s new electric retail transmission tariff Rule 30 • Working with customers to guide them through the interconnection process and help identify solutions to meet their needs • Directly impacting beneficial load growth by working with data center customers across PG&E’s entire service territory • Working in a cross functional manner with various other departments to deliver optimal outcomes for customers. • Presenting complex matters to officers and senior leadership and recommending solutions.   Position Summary As part of this team, you will work directly with the Senior Director of Data Centers & Technology Growth to help achieve data center interconnection goals. This will include coordinating, supporting, and leading aspects of unique problem solving and supporting or leading major initiatives. The successful candidate must be self-driven, nimble, and able to work under ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment.   The role is classified as hybrid (0-3 days per week in office), working primarily from your remote office and in-person in the Oakland General Office or San Ramon Conference Center to attend team meetings or as business needs require.   PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position.  The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location.  The range to reasonably expect will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the range.  The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.   Bay Area Minimum: $144,000.00 Bay Area Midpoint: $194,000.00 Bay Area Maximum: $244,000.00   Job Responsibilities • Applies depth and breadth of knowledge of Program Management to the most unique and complex problems. Works autonomously. Anticipates issues and develops innovative solutions. Demonstrates program leadership with internal & external stakeholders to support company goals. • Partners with the Senior Director to design and develop new, complex programs. • Partners with Government Relations or other partner organizations in developing messaging and strategy. • May manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives. May lead initiatives that impact utility or industry developments. • Manages all aspects of programs that are cross functional, complex, of broad scope and have a significant financial or political impact on the line of business. Leads development of overall strategy to achieve program goals. • Partners with Senior Director to determine most appropriate and effective program performance metrics. Develops content and format for reports and dashboards. Prepares and presents regular updates to senior management, addressing issues and gaining buy in on solutions. • Develops both annual and long term program work plan forecast and budget. • Leads peers and partner organizations to develop and implement new and/ or improved processes, procedures, policies, controls and best practices to improve customer satisfaction, efficiencies, regulatory compliance and reduce costs. • May work with other project or program managers or peers in other departments or regions to reschedule work, re-allocate funds and explore creative solutions to achieve financial and
